At AaytoZee, we believe that great teachers never stop learning. When our educators grow, our children shine even brighter. ✨
On 30 July, our team had the privilege of hosting an inspiring workshop with two renowned international experts:
- Professor Adele Diamond, one of the world’s leading researchers in early childhood education and executive function.
- Ms. Karina Schreurs, a respected paediatric occupational therapist from Australia with extensive experience in supporting children’s development.

🌱 Insights That Inspire
During the session, Prof. Adele and Ms. Karina shared their deep expertise on inclusive, play-based learning environments and how these approaches bring out the best in every child whether neurotypical or neurodivergent.
Their guidance reinforced the heart of AaytoZee’s mission: to create safe, inclusive spaces where all children can learn, grow, and thrive together. Teachers left the session inspired with fresh perspectives on how to apply these principles in their classrooms, making everyday learning even more meaningful.
💛 A Reflection of Our Mission
This workshop was more than a professional development opportunity. It was a reminder of why we do what we do. By equipping our teachers with cutting-edge knowledge and practical strategies, we ensure that our children receive not only education, but also empathy, encouragement, and opportunities to flourish.
As one of our teachers reflect”
“It reminded me that teaching isn’t just about lessons — it’s about nurturing potential and building confidence, one small step at a time.”

🙏 A Heartfelt Thank You
We extend our deepest gratitude to Prof. Adele Diamond and Ms. Karina Schreurs for generously sharing their wisdom with us. Your insights will ripple through our classrooms, shaping how we nurture every child’s unique potential.
At AaytoZee, we remain committed to growing alongside our children, parents, and teachers — because learning never stops, and inclusion is a journey we take together.
