After my graduation from NUS in 2013, following my passion of wanting to serve and help others, I have worked for more than 7 years as an Educational Therapist/Learning Support Educator. In those roles, I supported a diverse group of learners from ages 4 to 21 with learning and behavioural challenges, both individually and in an inclusive preschool setting. I also worked closely with other allied health professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Behavioural Therapists, and have gained much knowledge from them to support the learners that I work with. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing the children under my care progress and grow, and I am committed to helping them reach their full potential.
I am passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where every child can thrive. I strongly believe that every child has their unique strengths and the potential to succeed, and is dedicated to nurturing those strengths and building their confidence through differentiated learning.
